Where did you hear about MailBeez?
I found MailBeez on Google, when I was seeking for better an email solution for my store. With my online business growing I was looking for a way for a good customer after sales service, without adding manual efforts.

In the first place I chose MailBeez because the mainpart is free and has already some nice free modules. After evaluating the features and functions I was sure that it is the right choice for doing automatic aftersales customer service – something I was looking for since a long time
How long have you been using MailBeez and what has been the outcome so far?
I use MailBeez for around 6 month and I can not imaging to work & live without it any more.
It really saves my time, and my customer relationship management became even better. So I solve two problems with one solution!
What makes for you MailBeez different from Newsletter systems like MailChimp?
MailBeez generates automatically highly targeted emails that fit to the situation of my customers. Other newsletter systems allow only to send the same email to all customers or I would need to extract customers and add them to a list. So MailBeez does not replace a newsletter system, but it has a very powerful approach to contact my customer base.
What are in your view the biggest strengths of MailBeez?
I run my store in 6 languages and with the Multilanguage Template Manager MailBeez becomes the only solution available that allows me to automatically send emails to my customers in their language. Together with the email editor of this addon MailBeez becomes much more flexible and powerful.
And of course: Set and forget! Like I say, It saves my time!
What campaigns are most successful for your business?
Most successful is the module¬† “Contact customer without a purchase“! 30-40% of new Customers who did not buy when they signed up are coming back. This is huge percentage!
Also very good is the “Review Advanced – with Autologin” module, which helps me to collect reviews from my customers. I know that customer reviews are very valuable since they influence other customers to purchase at my online store, but reviews also help me to optimize my SEO activities.
The “payment dunning” workflow modules saves me hours of work, since it automatically reminds customers to pay their invoices. For payment in advance (proforma invoice) everything runs now automatically, for orders with payment by invoice I only need to take care of the customers not paying even after the third reminder.
How do your customers perceive / react on the emails generated by MailBeez?
My customers really appreciate the professional service I can provide with MailBeez. The reaction has been very positive and people who don’t like to get emails simply use the opt-out feature of MailBeez. Typically only few of customers contacted through MailBeez choose to use the opt-out function! One reason for this is probably that I design and write my emails in a very friendly way.
What are you future plans with using MailBeez?
The return of investment has been great so far, so I will enhance my MailBeez system with more modules as they are available and relevant for my business. Every module is adding a brick to the big picture and help me to sell more and save more of my time. Also the development of new modules by the MailBeez owner is handled in a nice, friendly and fast way – in one word: professional!

The installation of MailBeez is very easy and with the simulation mode you can try everything without risking to send unwanted emails to your customers. So just try everything and remember to optimize you emails for your customers.
